Alan Ambler
Alan Ambler (AM Trenchless) has 20 years of diversified experience in utility operations management, engineering design, multi-jurisdictional coordination and construction management. At the city of Casselberry, FL, he managed the execution of utility projects, including extensive HDPE pipe bursting of asbestos cement pipe. Through his work at AM Trenchless and the PE Alliance, Alan has become a national leader in both trenchless installation methods and HDPE pipeline design. He has also become a national expert in understanding the application of complex governmental regulations. Bob Haack
Bob Haack (Alliance for PE Pipe) is Director of Logistics Planning and the PEA Roadshow and Tradeshow Programs. He is well versed on the topics of HDPE Pipe, Butt Fusion, and Electrofusion. Bob earned his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University, MBA from The University of Pittsburgh, and Project Management Certification from Cornell University. Bryan Fletcher
Bryan Fletcher (ISCO Industries) with more than 30 years experience within the HDPE Industry, Bryan Fletcher currently serves as a Sr. regional sales manager for ISCO Industries, covering the Florida market. He is based out of Orlando, FL. Fletcher started part time with ISCO in the mid 1980’s working summers as a fusion technician while in school. After receiving his degree in 1994 from the University of Arkansas in industrial marketing, he began his full-time tenure with ISCO Industries. Chris Weight
Chris Weight (SECOR) is a top salesman and branch manager for SECOR a leading distributor of HDPE pipe, fittings and equipment. Chris runs the Gillette, Wyoming branch for the Houston based company and is responsible for a several state territory including, Montana, Wyoming, the Dakotas and Idaho. Chris is the recipient of last year’s Significant Contributor Award and he is an HDPE Certified Professional. Chris is also a certified McElroy trainer and does it all including field fusions, fabrications, selling and running the branch. Dan Davila
Dan Davila, PE is the director of Water and Sewer at Chen Moore in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville. As a highly experienced HDPE pipeline designer and consulting civil engineer, he has the opportunity to work on a variety of pipeline projects. He has developed a specialty which is HDPE pipeline design. He is excited to participate in PE Showcase ’24 as an expert.
Dan Landy
Dan Landy (Alliance for PE Pipe) is an engineer and one of the rising stars in the HDPE pipe world in North America. He joined The Alliance four years ago to support ongoing operations as well as spearheading new initiatives. He is the first member of The Alliance’s engineering program which was established to research, connect and support utilities in their adoption of HDPE. Dan edits engineering specifications, handles technical cases, drafts technical documents and hosts webinars to aid in conversions to HDPE. Dave Mosier
Dave Moiser (Core & Main) is a Fusible Regional Sales Manager with Core & Main, managing a rental fleet of over 120 units and dozen fusion technicians and mechanics. Dave was intrigued by solid wall HDPE from the first time he saw it, and the possibilities for this piping solution keep him motivated to grow our industry. Dave has a BBA from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Lakeland University. His favorite days are when he can be in the field or trench fusing pipe, on machines ranging from a Pitbull 14 to a Tracstar 1200. “I am fortunate to work with an extremely talented team of fusion technicians that constantly provide innovative solutions in the field. Dave Stewart
Dave Stewart currently serves as a consultant to the HDPE industry providing expert Fusion and pipe services to contractors and owners. studied Geophysics at Texas A&M and the University of Texas, but the oil bust of the late 70’s cratered the oil exploration job market. He started working construction and shooting dynamite in the early 80’s. He has worked for the City of Lago Vista for 33 years and that is where he made a significant commitment to HDPE pipe. Douglas Keller
Doug Keller (Lyondell Basell) is past Board Chair of PPI and is the Technical Lead for Equistar Chemical’s Pipe Resin Division. After receiving his bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he has worked in various product development and technical service areas for Equistar Chemicals and its predecessor companies. He holds two U.S. Patents for additive improvements to PP and PE resins. He is an active member of ASTM, AGA, AWWA and ASME and has held several leadership positions with PPI. Dusty Langston
Dustin Langston (WL Plastics) graduated from Southern Utah University with a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Engineering in 2012. Garry Bouvet
Garry Bouvet has 29 years of direct involvement in the HDPE pipe industry. He currently serves as Special Project Manager for ISCO, a global HDPE piping solutions provider, based out of Louisville, KY. Garry is also the star of ISCO Insights, the very successful podcast and webinar program produced by ISCO. Jim Johnston
Jim Johnston (McElroy Mfg) is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at McElroy Manufacturing in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has been working in the plastics pipe industry at McElroy for 30 years. His career has included all facets of the thermoplastic piping industry from supply chain, manufacturing, engineering and leadership to consultation on design and installation of thermoplastic piping systems. Jonathan Schumchyk is the current Executive Vice President of Business Development at Eastern Utilities Services LLC. After his service in the Marine Corps from 2001 – 2005, Jon worked at Eastern Utilities as a crew foreman and equipment operator. Matt Danysh is a product manager and technical XXL pipe expert for AGRU’s XXL Pipe Charleston, SC facility. AGRU produces XXL HDPE pipes and fittings up to 3,500 mm in diameter and ships them around the world. Peter Dyke
Peter Dyke (Alliance for PE Pipe) is the Executive Director of the Alliance for PE Pipe. He is tasked with educating public utilities and the engineering community on the features of HDPE pipe and how to best integrate it into existing US municipal water and WW systems. Peter has over 30 years of experience working in the public sector, serving clients, managing complex municipal construction projects and advocating for issues at the federal level. He is a former elected official in Illinois and speaks regularly across the country on the benefits of HDPE pipe systems. Richard Brand
Richard Brand has worked at the East Windsor Municipal Authority for ten years. As executive director he manages the operations and maintenance of the Municipal Utilities Authority water and sewage system, which encompasses over 200 miles of mains and provides service to over 34,000 residents. He is responsible for managing a $10 million budget as well as bid specifications, scheduling, laboratory sampling, permitting, and customer service for the authority. He oversees the training and development of a department of 48 employees. Richard Kolasa
Richard Kolasa (WL Plastics) is the Technical Sales Manager for WL Plastics. He supports the Alliance and WL’s product development, and engineering support requirements. Rick Ponder
Rick Ponder (Integrity Fusion Products) entered the PE industry with Central Plastics and has been actively involved in growing the PE industry and training individuals since 1995. As a Regional Sales Manager, he originally worked in natural gas and later worked for a pipe manufacturer. He then joined Integrity Fusion Products team and now works as the EF Technical Support and National EF Training Manager. Sean Tully
Sean has served the HDPE markets from a few perspectives. Beginning in the distribution channel, learning the underground construction industry in the Northeast US markets. Currently, Sean is involved with the Weholite Product line, working on large diameter projects serving various markets throughout North America. Stephen Boros
Stephen Boros (Pipeline Plastics) is Vice-President of Engineering for Pipeline Plastics. He has 30 year’s experience in the plastic piping industry, having worked in polyethylene pipe resin development and formulation, as well as pipe and fittings manufacturing. Thomas Schumchyk is the current Vice President of Operations at Eastern Utilities Services LLC. Tom founded Eastern Utilities in 2001 as a Long Island, NY based telecom installation company with a focus on directional drilling. Under Tom’s leadership the size and capabilities of the company expanded into the large-scale installation of water, gas, sewer, and fiber optic conduits all over the metro tri-state region of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
